 Open HouseJuly 26th: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Every Monday evening , 7:00-8:30 pm. Our usual schedule is mindfulness meditation and instruction from 7-8 pm and thought-provoking discussion from 8 - 8:30 pm. Instruction is available free of charge at our Open Houses. You are always welcome to contact a Meditation Instructor about your regular practice and you may even ask to form a working relationship with the instructor of your choice. |
